Puisqu\u2019on peut en faire partout et m\u00eame en mouvement, c\u2019est \u00e0 tout moment de ta vie, que tu peux poser l\u2019intention de prendre conscience de ton souffle. Ou de tes bras. Ou de tes pieds. La m\u00e9ditation est un moyen de s\u2019accueillir et d\u2019accueillir&nbsp;sa vie.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vivre en pleine conscience, c\u2019est prendre l\u2019habitude comme on a l\u2019habitude de partir dans nos pens\u00e9es, de se reconnecter au pr\u00e9sent et \u00e0 nos sensations corporelles pendant un moment, peu importe&nbsp;sa dur\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Si tu pratiques depuis un petit temps d\u00e9j\u00e0, ou que tu as suivi un cycle&nbsp;mindfulness&nbsp;quel qu\u2019il soit, peut-\u00eatre auras-tu remarqu\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 force d\u2019en apprendre sur&nbsp;la pleine conscience, et \u00e0 force de pratiquer, ton cerveau peut&nbsp;parfois prendre presque seul, la d\u00e9cision de vivre un moment en conscience.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lors d\u2019une marche,&nbsp;tu prends le temps&nbsp;de sentir les sensations corporelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 ce&nbsp;mouvement. Ainsi que tous les bruits autour qui r\u00e9sonnent, bourdonnent, calment ou r\u00e9veillent tes oreilles.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lors d\u2019un trajet en bus,&nbsp;tu prends&nbsp;quelques minutes pour accueillir&nbsp;ta m\u00e9t\u00e9o int\u00e9rieure.&nbsp;Tu prends ta temp\u00e9rature. Tu observes les points de contact&nbsp;avec ton corps et le monde environnant. Tu ressens les sensations physiques li\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00e0 une \u00e9motion. Tu essayes de nommer cette \u00e9motion. Et tu l\u2019observes&#8230;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Au travail,&nbsp;tu prends&nbsp;quelques secondes pour sentir l\u2019air frais qui entre dans&nbsp;tes narines, et qui&nbsp;en&nbsp;ressort un peu plus chaud.&nbsp;Ce qui te permet&nbsp;peut-\u00eatre de te reconcentrer.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lorsque tu&nbsp;fais la vaisselle, tu ressens la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019eau intentionnellement. La sensation du savon et de l\u2019\u00e9ponge sous tes doigts.&nbsp;La mati\u00e8re r\u00eache ou douce de celle-ci.&nbsp;La&nbsp;texture&nbsp;de l\u2019assiette, de la tasse, du couteau. La sensation de l\u2019essuie&nbsp;sec ou d\u00e9j\u00e0 mouill\u00e9, pris dans les tes mains et d\u00e9pos\u00e9 dans le creux de la tasse,&nbsp;pour&nbsp;lui faire faire des torsades ou des cercles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit s\u00e8che \u00e0 son tour, alors que&nbsp;l\u2019essuie&nbsp;sera&nbsp;un peu plus humide, lui. Et tu remarqueras sans doute, ou tu l\u2019as d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarqu\u00e9,&nbsp;que&nbsp;nous partons soit en arri\u00e8re, soit en avant, <em>mais il est rare que nous soyons&nbsp;concentr\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s&nbsp;sur ce que nous vivons \u00e0 l\u2019instant.&nbsp;<\/em><\/span><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C\u2019est pour cela que la m\u00e9ditation est un exercice de concentration avant d\u2019\u00eatre un moyen de se relaxer, m\u00eame si,&nbsp;s\u2019ancrer dans le pr\u00e9sent&nbsp;a des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices relaxants sur notre corps&nbsp;et notre esprit mental.&nbsp;Et c\u2019est justement ce qu\u2019on va tenter de lister&#8230;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Etre&nbsp;connect\u00e9e \u00e0 mes sensations corporelles du moment \u00e0 tendance \u00e0 me rassurer (sur le moment-m\u00eame).<\/span><span moment, peu importe qu\u2019elles soient agr\u00e9ables ou d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables, elles sont l\u00e0, et je ne peux pas les modifier, et me connecter \u00e0 elles me&nbsp;procure&nbsp;la sensation que je prends soin de moi&nbsp;et&nbsp;que je m\u2019\u00e9coute, ce qui est gratifiant (sur le moment-m\u00eame).&nbsp;<\/span><span revenir \u00e0 mon souffle&nbsp;ou tout autre point d\u2019ancrage&nbsp;EN ME CONNECTANT A CETTE EMOTION, me permet de l\u2019accepter et de la vivre, plus facilement.&nbsp;<\/span><span du moment, mais bien ma\u00eetresse&nbsp;de la fa\u00e7on dont je les accueille sur le moment.&nbsp;<\/span><span je peux plus facilement prendre une pause avant d\u2019agir en pilote automatique, ce qui \u00e9vite les drames ou les exag\u00e9rations&nbsp;et permet une&nbsp;r\u00e9action plus coh\u00e9rente en&nbsp;r\u00e9ponse \u00e0&nbsp;une situation d\u00e9licate ou difficile.&nbsp;<\/span><span
